The new season continues so we reveal the Serie A Fantasy Round 11 top picks. Regular contributor and Serie A expert @FPL_Crisk comes in to pick out two of the best players in each position for the new round.

It isn’t long before the new Gameweek commences. So, knowing which players have the most potential could be hugely beneficial. Getting off to a good start in every fantasy game is important for both rank and mini-league position.

Goalkeepers – Mile Svilar (€5.0m – 29.4%)

Roma are not going through their brightest Serie A campaign, but Svilar remains one of the best goalkeepers available in the game. As of late, Roma’s opponents (Verona) have been very poor in creating chances, never managing to produce more than 0.8 xG in the last three losses against Monza, Atalanta and Lecce.

Yann Sommer (€7.0m – 16.6%)

Inter might not have performed as well as last season, when Sommer had become a reliable captaincy option, but one would assume that a home game against arguably the worst team in the league is easy enough for any defence to deal with.

Defenders – Theo Hernandez (€7.0m – 50.4%)

After missing out on the last three Rounds (between postponements and a two Rounds suspension) he will be very fresh and ready to go. Milan’s LB pushes very high up the pitch in possession, so he’s always a candidate for attacking returns.

Robin Gosens (€5.4m – 5.8%)

Fiorentina are coming into a nice run of fixtures next, starting with a match against an out of form Torino. Fiorentina have started to pick up some excellent defensive form – keeping four clean sheets in their last seven matches in all competitions and Robin Gosens has now scored in two of his last three games.

Midfielders – Christian Pulisic (€9.2m – 53.4%)

A last minute illness forced Pulisic on the bench for the better part of the Napoli match, but he should be available for the weekend. The American winger has been moved into a more central CAM position as of late, and with Morata often dropping deep he has plenty of chances to get into the box and score.

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (€11.4m – 54.6%)

There isn’t many great midfield options for this Round, so my advice is to go template despite the tough fixture between Napoli and Atalanta. Kvaratshkelia scored against Milan and, with Napoli not concerned with European competitions, he is not at any risk of being rotated in such an important match.

Forwards – Lautaro Martinez (€12.2m – 57.0%)

It is too early to figure out Inzaghi’s rotation plans, so consider Lautaro Martinez as a proxy for whatever Inter attacker plays at the weekend against Venezia. With Napoli quickly creating a gap at the top of the League, Inter can’t afford to lose anymore points so expect them to go all out and not underestimate Venezia.

Ange-Yoan Bonny (€4.4m – 10.2%)

Parma face one of the teams with the highest xGC in the League. Whilst Man seems to be the most inspired player in their attacking line, his minutes on the pitch have lowered as of late. Bonny, despite missing a penalty against Empoli, remains an extremely talented young player who could be at the end of many chances.
