Last Minute Gameweek 9 Tips
After a long International Break, the community are back with all of their Last Minute Gameweek 9 Tips.
Tammy Abraham has seen plenty of transfer activity and could be a popular pick for the captaincy this weekend too.
Poll
There’s already been over six thousand votes on the Fantasy Football Pundits captains poll for the Gameweek 9 tips. Tammy Abraham and Callum Wilson have made their way into our thoughts, among the premium options. Liverpool assets are unpopular with their trip to Old Trafford looming.? #FPL CAPTAINS POLL ?

With the International Break now over and done with, it’s time for us to ask the all-important question…
Who are YOU trusting with captains armband for Gameweek 9?
[if OTHER, please comment below]
Abraham
Those managers looking to Tammy Abraham for the armband have been concerned by his returns at Stamford Bridge. Neil Murray posts some intriguing statistics around expected goals, which show that the current trend isn’t backed by underlying statistics.I've seen a few people worry Abraham has scored 6 goals away versus only 2 at home.
— Neil Murray #FPL (@roneildinho) October 16, 2019
Well, here's a stat for you:
Abraham's 6 away goals have come from an xG of 1.53, whereas his 2 home goals have come from an xG of 2.93.
Defenders
We’ve been blessed this season with a plethora of very cheap options at the back and the fixtures have aligned for a tasty looking rotation. Lundstram has risen to £4.5 million, but still represents excellent value when he’s playing out of position.? 3-way defensive rotation ?
— The Editor (@FPLEditor) October 10, 2019
? Lundstram £4.5m
? Rico £4.1m
? Kelly £4.1m
?? £12.7m TOTAL ??
If Kelly is dropped for Sakho:
GW16: Lundstram | Norwich away
GW17: Lundstram | Villa home
GW21: Rico | West Ham away
No top-6 match-up for 15GWs!!! ?

Injuries
There’s been flags galore in our FPL teams, with Mo Salah and Kevin De Bruyne the most high profile problems. Ben Dinnery has plenty of updates on his timeline and website. David De Gea was injured right towards the end of the international break: Liverpool will be licking their lips.Sergio Romero is almost certain to start against Liverpool on Sunday after De Gea picked up a muscle injury playing for Spain. "I think he'll be out. It certainly looked like it anyway judging on last night so it's just one of those things." #MUFC

United
Don’t assume that David De Gea’s absence will be of benefit to Liverpool attackers. Manchester United’s backup keeper, Sergio Romero, is arguably the best number two in the Premier League. FPL Salah returns with his Gameweek 9 tips, taking the bookies anytime goalscorer odds. Kane is on top with that home game against struggling Watford, but fantasy managers will be put off by the problems Spurs themselves have. Abraham lies third in this list.#GW9 anytime scorer probability %

Jimenez
Wolves are about to embark on a huge fixture swing this weekend, with Raul Jimenez back on the watchlist after a promising few weeks. Always Cheating put forward a strong case for transferring in the Mexican striker this week. Wolves are coping much better with their Europa League commitments.Raúl Jiménez:
— The Always Cheating Podcast (#FPL) (@hailcheaters) October 7, 2019
– Not called up to Mexico
– Down from 7.5m to 7.1m
– 8.5% ownership
– Immune (so far) to Europa League rotation
Wolves have finally come into form and their fixtures are great through mid-December.
Is Raúl worth considering? ?#FPL #fantasypremierleague pic.twitter.com/JuW94nVmsT
Differential
As the season progresses, we are all on the hunt for the next differential to fling us up the FPL rankings. FPL Prince recommends Alexandre Lacazette who’s set to return from injury. Arsenal are in the middle of their great fixture run, but what impact could his return have on Aubameyang’s output?Differential watch: Alexandre Lacazette

Keepers
With big injuries for Lloris and De Gea, plus Alisson about to dislodge Adrian, many will be shopping for a new goalkeeper this week. Kasper Schmeichel has seen a price rise this week, with an excellent save record, plus a great run of upcoming fixtures.Goalkeepers With The Best Save Percentages This Season
