The community return from the International Break with their Gameweek 9 Preview.
Will Mohammed Salah be ready for a favourable fixture against Huddersfield?
Mohammed Salah is top of the agenda for the Always Cheating FPL Podcast, with plenty of Gameweek 9 preview topics. Premium players remain high on the transfers in wish list, with some interesting upcoming fixture swings.
Pod #144: A potential injury compounds our Salah anxiety. Looking ahead, though, we talk transfer targets for #GW9-12, including Mané, Sterling, Laca, Vardy, and KDB. Plus, we share stories from our recent UK trip: 4 matches in 4 days. #FPL #hailcheaters https://t.co/OmbQ4NKqPS

Liverpool vs Huddersfield may look like an ideal fixture on paper, but managers would be wise not to overlook Manchester City’s prospects against Burnley. Their defence is ranked 2nd worst in the league, according to this excellent graphic.
Key Defensive Issues faced by PL sides this #FPL season so far (GW1-8)
Fulham, Burnley and Southampton the worst.
Arsenal, surprisingly, a close 4th.
Huddersfield and Cardiff, surprisingly, don't really feature much.@

It’s Aguero locked in on the armband for the FPL Tips Gameweek 9 preview. Fantasy Football Pundits run through the potential transfer plans in the video, with a fit Mo Salah likely to replace a tired and out of form Harry Kane.

The FPL Editor has delved into the Fantasy Football Fix algorithm to bring the comparison of expected goals against actual output. Salah and Kane are both in the underperforming category, which suggests hauls are just around the corner.

I've highlighted those that are 10 #FPL pts or more behind their 'Expected FPL points'
Always worth keeping an eye on the 'under-performers'

Fantasy YIRMA have the all important Gameweek 9 preview, as they look across the pitch and consider draft options too. A Liverpool clean sheet looks to be a formality, plus there’s a differential captain to consider for the Monday Night Football.

Hall of Fame leader, Matthew Jones, has made some adjustments to his watchlist for the Gameweek 9 preview. Maddison looks like a great option for his upcoming fixture run, along with some budget friendly strikers.
MY FPL WATCHLIST *post GW8 update*- these are the players who I am currently considering getting in (and don’t already have) and out. Obviously this is partly driven by my own squad but hopefully it offers some insight.

Mitrovic may be struggling for goals in the Premier League with Fulham, but the fixtures look sensational. FPL Claret provides a great comparison on strikers priced at 7 million and below, as managers search for value to bulk their midfields.
A lot of Mitrovic love on Twitter today

Fantasy Football Secrets have been busy over the International Break, looking at the goal conversion rates for this season. It looks like Arsenal have had an excellent start to their campaign, but can this level of finishing be maintained long-term?
Which teams have the best shot to goal conversion rate? ?

Liverpool have plenty of players flagged at present, but most of the news coming out of Anfield is positive. Mane and Salah could both be passed fit ahead of the weekend. Keep an eye on Ben Dinnery’s feed for more detail from the press conferences.
James Milner is hoping to step up his recovery from a hamstring injury this week. The Liverpool vice-captain is not yet training with the group but is progressing much quicker than initially anticipated. Van Dijk, Mane and Salah could all feature at Huddersfield. #LFC

The upcoming fixture schedules are particularly interesting, with some teams having 4 home games in their next 6. Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City also have plenty of European and Cup games to juggle in this spell though.
The following teams have 4 home games in next 6
Arsenal (Lei, Liv, Wol, Tot)
Cardiff (Ful, Lei, Bri, Wol)
Chelsea (Utd, Cry, Eve, Ful)
Huddersfield (Liv, Ful, Whu, Bri)
Man City (Bur, Sou, Utd, Bou)
Newcastle (Bri, Wat, Bou, Whu)
Any players from above on your radar?
