Kevin De Bruyne is currently flagged with injury which is causing more than a few transfer headaches.

Gameweek 7 Review

Gameweek 7 started with a bang but fizzled out towards the end, with Aubameyang’s late goal against Manchester United making the green arrow minimal. The team climbed just under 4,000 places and it was yet another blank for the captaincy. Patience with Haller paid off, with him getting an assist. Two thirds of the Chelsea transfers in delivered, with Tomori notching his first Chelsea clean sheet and Mount earning an assist for winning a penalty. It’s just a shame that Tammy Abraham failed to score, despite having four big chances. Gameweek 7 Review

Gameweek 8 Team

It’s always nice to roll a free transfer going into the International Break, but Kevin De Bruyne’s flag has caused a few headaches. Other than that, there’s satisfaction in the shape of the team, although not owning the consistently returning players Aguero, Aubameyang and Wilson is causing some concern. Right now, there are options on the bench in the form of Lundstram, Pieters and Cantwell to come on for Kevin De Bruyne who is likely to miss out. Ultimately, if that injury is long-term, then a reshuffle with two free transfers after the break could allow room for a premium striker. Haller could be replaced by Wilson soon too. Captaincy was between Sterling, Salah and Pukki who is always an option in home fixtures, despite his away form being patchy. Ultimately, it’s Sterling who gets the nod, having the easier looking fixture on paper and only a substitute appearance in the Champions League. Gameweek 8 Team The team is ranked at 1,464,112 with 385 points. All chips are still in tact, except the wildcard. Team value lies at £102.2 million, with £0.2 million in the bank.
