There were wildcard woes last weekend but the Gameweek 6 team is ready to bounce back.
Patience is the order of the day for the Gameweek 6 team, with a pleasing structure going forward.

Gameweek 5 was the most disappointing of the season so far. The positive was that it outscored the pre-wildcard team, but 39 points, a gameweek rank of 5.7 million and a drop of nearly 1 million places in overall rank were bitterly disappointing. It’s now four captain blanks in a row, and not a green arrow in sight all season. The defence totally flopped, with only Salah and Pukki providing in attack. Cantwell was never even considered as a starter.Gameweek 6 Team
There’s strength and depth making team selection a little tricky. There’s six to select from in Burnley’s game against Norwich. Ultimately, I believe both teams will score, so Pieters and Hanley sit on the bench. West Ham against Manchester United is a tricky one to call, with James flagged, Haller gets the start. Captaincy could be a tough one, with Sterling, De Bruyne and Salah all seeing significant Champions League minutes. Sterling is perhaps most at risk of rotation, but he’s also got the higher points ceiling so he gets the nod. Pukki wasn’t considered as most of his returns have come at home. The team is ranked at 1,977,589 with 270 points. All chips are still in tact, except the wildcard. Team value lies at £101.9 million, with £0.1 million in the bank.Be sure to check out our other content ahead of the Gameweek 6 Deadline: Last Minute Gameweek 6 Tips.
