Gameweek 37: community score predictions
Our community score predictions panel take a look at the Gameweek 37 fixtures. When making FPL decisions many FPL managers mentally predict the outcome of matches and use this to target players.
Considering:
- Who will win?
- Will there be a clean sheet in this match?
- How many goals can I see being scored?
- How many players do I want to play in this game?
Our community score predictions panel share their predictions for the matches and what this might mean for our FPL plans.
Gameweek 36
The panellists correctly predicted the result correctly 59 times in Gameweek 36. FPL Shake n Bake was the only player to correctly predict a scoreline this week in his prediction that Everton would beat Leicester 1-2.
The panel were also all correct in predicting a victory for Liverpool against Aston Villa, as well as Leicester against Norwich.
This was a high scoring week with FPL Shake n Bake returning 11 points and FPL Inzaghi 10 points. FBL Thinker, El Statto and Pilot Flame all registered nine points.
There is one further match to be played in Gameweek 38, the North London Derby. The points for this match will be added after Gameweek 37.
Leaderboard
To keep track on how our panel are doing we have awarded 3 points for a correctly predicted scoreline and 1 point for a correct outcome but with the wrong scoreline.
- El Statto 156
- FPL Inzaghi 149
- FPL Shake n Bake 148

Key talking points
The panel are predicting 38 home wins, 28 aways wins and 18 draws this weekend. All of the panel believe Liverpool will beat Southampton, Tottenham will beat Burnley, Man City will beat West Ham and Wolves will beat Norwich.
With the exception of FPL Rabbi all of the panel also believe that Chelsea will beat Leicester. FBL Thinker is the only panelist who thinks Watford can get a point against Leicester.
The panel are predicting 32 clean sheets this weekend.
FPL Shake n Bake
Could this be the week that Harry Kane finally outscores Heung-Min Son?
The England captain loves playing against Burnley, having scored eight and claimed three assists in his 21 previous Premier League fixtures against the Clarets.
Elsewhere, Connor Gallagher seems to have dropped off the radar after being in everyone’s team earlier in the season. The Palace’s Double Gameweek however, provides him with a couple of nice fixtures and it wouldn’t surprise me to see him back amongst the scorers
FPL Talking Points
After having a long think about the possible outcomes for this Gameweek, I really don’t see Everton going as big in their two games as most people are predicting. I would be wary of how many of their assets I brought in.
My predictions are for single Gameweek players to have much better results then the doublers in Gameweek 37. So managers on a Free Hit should certainly be wary of removing too many Spurs, Man City and Liverpool players from their teams.
FBL Thinker
As the season is coming to a close more rotation seems likely. Focus should be on less owned defenders like Liverpools Virgil van Dijk, Oleksandr Zinchenko and Joel Matip who are likely to get more minutes.
