Manchester City have won each of their last 4 games, scoring 10 goals and conceding zero. The outlook is very positive for yet another convincing win here, plus a clean sheet to go with it. They are the Gameweek 30 Safe Spine. Their opponents Watford have 1 clean sheet in 4, scoring 4 goals and conceding 7. Sergio Aguero and Raheem Sterling lead the attack: the City attackers are preferred by Pep right now, plus have excellent home form. Aguero has not blanked in home games he has started this season, with 7 goals in his last 3 games at the Etihad. Sterling has 2 goals and 4 assists from his last 3 home starts. Riyad Mahrez will be required to step up the creativity with some injuries in midfield: he got a goal and an assist in the reverse fixture, plus the crucial goal last time around. Meanwhile, Ederson leads the defence, with 3 consecutive clean sheets, making 6 saves over that spell.Goals Galore: Arsenal vs Manchester United
With the reverse fixture ending 2-2, expect another haul of Gameweek 30 daily goals for Arsenal and Manchester United when they meet at the Emirates on Sunday afternoon. Arsenal have scored 10 goals and conceded 3 in their last 4 games, whereas Manchester United have scored 9 and conceded 3. Alexandre Lacazette and Marcus Rashford lead the attack: it’s been a tricky spell for the United striker, but 9 goals and 7 assists for the season shows his potential. Lacazette is set to start once more in the Premier League, given his European ban, and with 3 goals and 1 assist in his last 4 games, he looks to be a wise selection. In midfield, Paul Pogba and Granit Xhaka will have plenty to do from both an attacking and defensive perspective, with completed passes, tackles won, passes intercepted and duels won will all contribute to their overall points. Pogba has 2 goals from his last 4 games and should keep spot kick duty despite last weekend’s events.Clean Sheet Stack: Liverpool (vs Burnley)
It’s now 17 clean sheets from 29 games for our Gameweek 30 Daily clean sheet stack, including 4 on the bounce. Burnley are looking better from an attacking perspective this season, but have failed to score in their recent away games against Newcastle and Watford. Andrew Robertson, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Virgil Van Dijk are selected in the defensive slots, reflecting moves for a triple up in standard fantasy formats. Their attacking displays in recent weeks means their selection will come as no surprise: it’s a combined 2 goals and 6 assists from this trio across their last 3 games alone! If you’re interested in playing Premier League Daily Fantasy Football with us and many other community members this season, please download the FREE Starting 11 app today by clicking the banner below.
