Kevin De Bruyne-Man City

£12m Man City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne had a week to remember. After outscoring team mate Haaland, His goal, assist and bonus points saw the Belgian return a huge 14 points. In a 4-0 victory against Bournemouth De Bruyne ran the show.

Rodrigo-Leeds

Leeds midfielder and £6.1m man Rodrigo took the spoils in his match against Southampton. His two goals and bonus meant he continued his great form this season adding to his goal in gameweek 1. If his 10 points wasn’t enough to tempt managers his stats may just do that.

Amongst all outfield players Rodrigo came third for goal attempts with five, second for attempts in the box with five, joint second for big chances total (two) and joint second for headed attempts on goal with three.

Neco Williams-Nottingham Forest

Residing in 27% of teams at the time of writing the Welsh wing-back impressed. £4m budget defender finished the game against West Ham with a cool seven points for his clean sheet and bonus point.

Neco Williams reflected some great underlying stats against his gameweek 2 opponents. Amongst all outfield players he was joint second for crosses with nine, joint second for successful crosses with three and joint second for shots on target with two. Some great stats for a defender amongst midfielders and forwards.

With a match up next against Everto, who seem to be struggling for goals, the defender could be considered for gameweek 3.

Martinelli-Arsenal

Another Arsenal player makes the cut this week. The midfielder has already impressed that much he has risen in price from £6m to £6.2m million in his first two gameweeks. His goal against Bournemouth meant back to back 8 pointers for the Brazilian.

Martinelli’s stats were also great. He was third for crosses with eight, joint second for chances created with four and joint second for big chances created. With great fixtures ahead and great form it could be difficult to not include him in our teams for those without.
