Fantasy Football Scout and Fantasy Football community contributor @FPLReaction (Louis) highlighted something important ahead of the new round. Fulham face Chelsea and Leicester in their double Gameweek.
It could be difficult to find an appealing Fulham defender this week. Louis has ranked their defenders in order of expected goal involvement this season. Kenny Tete (£4.4m) comes out on top. The fullback recently picked up an assist in Gameweek 18 but we’ll see how he does in Gameweek 19.

Fantasy Football Scout contributor @FplMode (Andy) deliberated one of the most frustrating players as of late. Manchester City do not have a double Gameweek in Gameweek 19 but they do have two coming up in Gameweek 20 and Gameweek 23.
Fullback Joao Cancelo (£7.3m) is the most expensive defender in the game but has failed to start the last two matches and fantasy managers are starting to get frustrated. With two double Gameweeks ahead, the Portuguese defender could be a very tough sell. Some managers may even be considering benching him this week against Chelsea.

Erling Haaland is the second highest captained player in the poll. The Manchester City striker plays just one game in Gameweek 19, that game being against the inconsistent Chelsea. There could be a big points swing between Mitrovic and Haaland this week.

Well respected content creator and experienced Fantasy Premier League manager @FPLNym brought in a single Gameweek player over a double Gameweek player ahead of the deadline. This is something that has been popular within the community even with a double Gameweek coming up.
Chelsea face Fulham and Man City in their double whilst Fulham face Chelsea and Leicester. Other than players like Aleksander Mitrovic and Andreas Pereira there could be a huge lack of interest in other assets due to the defensive fragilities in both sides and Chelsea’s lack of convincing attacking options.
