FPL Tips Gameweek 26 | Last Minute
Fantasy Football Tips GW26 from our Fantasy Football Community ahead of the deadline.
Which chip should we be deploying for the biggest double in fantasy history? It’s all covered in the Fantasy Football tips for Gameweek 26!
Injuries
Jack Grealish is the most transferred out player for the fantasy football tips gameweek 26. The unofficial prognosis isn’t too promising for his shin issue, but injury expert Ben Dinnery gives his opinion on whether we will see the Villa talisman in the double.#PremierPundits with Raj Brar (@3cbPerformance)

Defence
Defensive changes could be needed this week to maximise the double, and one man going under the radar is Luke Shaw. The Manchester United defender has shown great creativity in recent weeks and in particular against Newcastle United. The underlying data demonstrates that more goals, assists and clean sheets could be just around the corner.Luke Shaw created five chances against Newcastle, which was the 2nd highest in terms of chance creation for all players this GW. Newcastle with a xG of ~0.3 were the second lowest for xG for all teams in the league this GW yet Shaw scored just 2 points. Unlucky with a capital U!

Fixtures

Fantasy Football 247 look at all the data on which sides have the best fixture run. It’s worth noting that Gameweek 28 could still be a small double for Aston Villa and Everton.? FIXTURES ?

With double and blank gameweeks both confirmed and yet to be set, it can be a bit of a confusing time for the #FPL manager! ??

Triple
That captaincy debate is made all the more difficult by this week being one of the top opportunities to deploy the Triple Captain chip, with the potential for 180 minutes from some of our most potent fantasy assets. Kane
Harry Kane is one of the main men in the frame this week for the armband and it’s his incredible record against sides in the bottom half of the table which provides us with most hope. It’s encouraging to see consistency across the season from him: Spurs recent form has provided a little cause for concern.Harry Kane vs the bottom 8 teams in the PL this season:

Bruno
Bruno Fernandes is the other player likely to dominate for the armband this week, and when you crunch the data for his year in the Premier League it is easy to see why. He’s been utterly dominant over many metrics, including most fantasy points and points per appearance. He has the form too.Update since Bruno’s PL debut:

Single
While it’s easy to approach transfers this week with our Double Gameweek goggles on, there’s a whole host of great options who could prevail with just one fixture this weekend. Many of these names also have a fixture in Blank Gameweek 29, so are worthwhile to hold onto in the longer term too.? GW26: Single GW Players

My GW26 thread this Thursday will no doubt be filled with DGW players, so I thought it might be worth taking a separate look at those teams with a single game in GW26.
Are there any teams we can still target despite them only having one game?#FPL pic.twitter.com/VqXKOcyBfr
Odds
The bookies odds can be very insightful when it comes to nailing down those selections and captaincy. FPL Salah provides the latest clean sheet probabilities: these are particularly useful for anyone making a defensive transfer this week and considering whether a hit would be worth it.
