Fantasy Premier League continues so we access our fantastic predicted points tool and find out which players are going to get the most points this week. This could help clear up any 50/50 decisions before the Gameweek commences.
Who tops the list?
Cole Palmer (£11.4m) edges out every other player in the game for predicted points this week with 7.68. Chelsea have failed to win any of their previous four matches, but that didn’t stop their penalty taker from scoring in two of them. This week, Palmer has a great opportunity at home against Bournemouth.
The Rest of the Top Five
It will come as no surprise to see Mohamed Salah among the names. Liverpool come up against Nottingham Forest this week, which could be tough. However, taking into account his relentless form this season, the Egyptian is likely to return against any level of opposition.
Alexander Isak has arguably been the second most consistent asset in the game over the last five rounds. The Newcastle penalty taker has been in excellent form, and he takes that into a clash with the third worst defence in the league based on total goals conceded.
Another name among the top five is Bruno Fernandes. This is probably due to his clash against a poor Southampton side, who recently shipped five goals to Brentford. Fernandes will be keen to impress after his recent red card, which saw him ruled out of Gameweek 19.
Completing the top five, Erling Haaland continues to feature among the best. Manchester City have netted six times during their last two matches, and scoring half of them was the Norwegian. He faces a ropey Brentford attack this week, which could see him continue his good recent form.
Who else features in the top 10?
Many could have predicted that Anthony Gordon makes the list this week. Returning in each of his last five matches on the bounce, Gordon has been crucial for the free-scoring Newcastle frontline recently. A meeting with Wolves is a great opportunity for him to bag another goal contribution.
Arsenal are gearing up for a huge clash with London rivals Tottenham this week. The Gooners will likely need their maestro Martin Odegaard to help them force a positive result. However, it is worth noting, the Norwegian failed to start in Gameweek 20, which raises some concerns.
Nicolas Jackson has been a very frustrating asset for FPL managers recently. The Chelsea man has failed to return in his previous four league matches. Those same owners will be hoping their faith is rewarded this week as Jackson goes head-to-head with Bournemouth at home.
Playing 90 minutes in Arsenal’ last two games, Gabriel Jesus appears to cementing himself as an important member of the attack. Tottenham lay ahead next, who have been extremely poor defensively as of late.
Completing the top 10 this week is Eberechi Eze. Unbeaten in their previous three games, Crystal Palace have evidently made improvements since their poor start to the campaign. One player benefitting from that is talisman Eze. This week Eze could make it three returns on the bounce, as he faces a meeting with Leicester.
