Who tops the list?

Predicted to bag 7.87 points this week is Mohamed Salah (£12.9m). The Egyptian has racked up a huge eight goals and six assists in his first 11 matches this season. Liverpool have a plum fixture against promoted side Southampton next which is a perfect opportunity for him to add to his tally.

The Top Five

Joining Mohamed Salah, along with four other players, is Cole Palmer. Palmer is another midfielder in fine form this season – banking an impressive seven goals and five assists already. Leicester lay ahead who continue to maintain poor underlying defensive stats.

There’s no suprise Erling Haaland breaks the top three. Haaland has been extremely disappointing recently – scoring just twice in his previous six league matches. But, a fixture against Tottenham suggests success for the Manchester City striker.

Like Manchester City, Arsenal have also struggled to maintain a good run of form. The Gooners will be hoping to win their first match in five league games against Nottingham Forest this week, and they will be reliant as ever on Bukayo Saka.

Completing the top five is Ollie Watkins. Watkins is another player short of form – failing to bag a return in any of his last three games. Fortunately the Aston Villa striker faces an inconsistent Crystal Palace this week which could see him back amongst the points.

Who else features in the top 10?

Bruno Fernandes makes the top 10 with 5.04 points this week. Manchester United come up against the worst side in the division for total big chances conceded so Fernandes could well make it three double-digit hauls on the bounce.

Newcastle are coming into a nice run of fixtures, starting with a match against an inconsistent West Ham. Spearheading the Magpies frontline is Alexander Isak who will look to add to the three goals and one assist he managed in the last three league games.

Another side coming into a good run of games is Chelsea, who sit third in the Premier League due to their good start. Whilst Palmer gets most of the plaudits, striker Nicolas Jackson is also predicted to do well this week.

Liverpool come head-to-head with Southampton this week so their players could have huge potential. With that in mind both Trent Alexander-Arnold and Luis Diaz are expected to pick up a return.
