Gameweek 11-13 Fixtures
Below we can see the Fantasy Football Scout Fixture Ticker in difficulty order. The teams at the top have the easiest fixtures and the teams at the bottom have the toughest fixtures.
Who has the best fixtures?
Manchester United, Brentford, Newcastle, Wolves and Everton all rank amongst the top five sides with the easiest fixtures.
Who has the worst fixtures?
Manchester City, Aston Villa, West Ham, Southampton and Chelsea all rank amongst the bottom five teams with the toughest fixtures.
Best players to buy
- Manchester United – Although inconsistent this season, new management and good fixtures could make the Red Devils appealing again. A cheap route into the defence is Lisandro Martinez (£4.4m), but it’s full-back Diogo Dalot (£5.1m) who stands out in regards to attacking threat. In terms of attackers, penalty taker and midfielder Bruno Fernandes (£8.2m) could be their best option. A cheaper avenue into the frontline is midfielder Alejandro Garnacho (£6.3m), who bagged a 10-pointer in Gameweek 8.
- Brentford – The Bees remain one of the best teams when focusing on the schedule. Although defensively poor recently, goalkeeper Mark Flekken (£4.5m) and centre-back Ethan Pinnock (£4.5m) are cheap enough for FPL managers who want to invest. Midfielder Bryan Mbeumo (£7.7m) has become an essential recently so many should look to forward Yoane Wissa (£6m) who managed to score and assist in Gameweek 9.
- Newcastle – The Magpies seem to be returning to the spotlight after a run of tough fixtures. The Magpies have been short of clean sheets recently but a cheap way into the defence is Dan Burn (£4.4m). Midfielder Anthony Gordon (£7.2m) has returned in just three matches this season but fixtures could change his fortune. Leading the attack though, and arguably the standout attacking option, is Alexander Isak (£8.3m) who has scored in both of his last two matches.
Who else should we consider?
- Wolves – Gary O’Neil’s men remain near the top of the fixture ticker. Scoring three goals and creating one assist in his previous four matches is full-back Rayan Ait-Nouri (£4.6m), so he should be FPL managers first choice at the back. Matheus Cunha (£6.6m) has netted twice in his last three games but has also been sustaining elite distribution data. A cheaper pick in attack is striker Jorgen Strand Larsen (£5.5m) who has picked up two returns in his last three matches.
- Everton – Unbeaten in their previous five games the Toffees remain a top team to invest in for managers. Between the sticks Jordan Pickford (£4.9m) could be an option, but going even cheaper we could opt for Vitalii Mykolenko (£4.3m). Midfielder Dwight McNeil (£5.8m) is their best performing attacker in terms of returns and data. Striker and penalty taker Dominic Calvert-Lewin (£5.9m) leads the attack and although short of form, could still have potential.
- Fulham – Fulham have some positive fixtures ahead. Antonee Robinson (£4.7m) continues to impress offensively so he remains their best defensive option. Those who are interested in their attackers then midfielder Emile Smith Rowe (£5.7m) and striker Raul Jimenez (£5.8m) could be great picks.
Should I use a chip?
The most experienced managers tend to save their chips for Blank and Double Gameweeks. So, being patient and waiting for those to arrive could be a wise move.
