Injuries

Early press conference news on Thursday brought a blow for the many managers banking on Tyrick Mitchell to hold his position as the best budget defender. He’s currently flagged with a knock for the 25% who own him, with Van Aanholt ominously looming in the wings.

McCarthy (hamstring), Tomkins (thigh) and Cahill (shin) have rejoined the group. "We've got an injury to Joel Ward and [we] need to assess Tyrick Mitchell, he took a knock in training." Jordan Ayew and Butland are cleared following a period of self-isolation. #CPFC
