What to do with Aubameyang is the biggest headache for the FPL Gameweek 33 team.
There’s half an eye on when to use the Bench Boost chip, plus a desire for a third Manchester United asset.

Last week was a particularly good one for the side, with 77 points and a third consecutive green arrow since the restart. Long term strategy has been considered this week, with a view to using the Bench Boost in Gameweek 34. Therefore, there’s a need to take a hit both this gameweek and next, to get the bench in shape.
In order to improve those bench players, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has to be a makeweight to free up funds. There was also a desire for more players from Manchester City and United. Therefore, the moves have been Aubameyang to Marcus Rashford and Todd Cantwell to Phil Foden.
A hit was necessary here, but it seemed vital. The schedule has started to become very congested, and with one injured player already on the bench, it’s wise to consider depth of the squad. It also means a shift in formation to 3-5-2, with Foden the more premium player over Eddie Nketiah.
Captaincy is a tough one, with appealing fixtures for Manchester United, Manchester City and Liverpool. Rotation could be a massive factor to consider this week, so the decision was made to play safe and go with Bruno Fernandes: he’s up against a Bournemouth side who conceded four goals at home to Newcastle.
At the time of writing, the team is ranked at 111,257 with 1,884 points. The Bench Boost chip is still available. Team value lies at £104.0 million, with £1.3 million in the bank.
