An overview of the FPL Gameweek so far from the current round of top-flight action.

There were seven Premier League matches on Saturday, with a further three more taking place on Sunday. It will see Watford host Arsenal, before Man City welcome Man United to the Etihad. So let’s round-up what’s happened so far.

The Foxes did this without James Maddison, as a result of his lower back injury. Leeds put in a promising performance in Jesse Marsch’s fist match in charge but left with no points.

Left-back Lucas Digne was not in the matchday squad because of Covid, whilst Kyle Walker-Peters was named on the bench. The Southampton full-back entered proceedings in the second half. There was also a yellow card for Ollie Watkins.

Not only were Romelu Lukaku and Hakim Ziyech unused substitues but Marcos Alonso missed out altogether. Goalless at half-time, Chelsea then turned this into a comfortable victory.

There was an injury-related substitution of Jarrod Bowen. Although Diogo Jota made a brief appearance, his yellow card took him to zero points. Also booked were Sadio Mane and Craig Dawson.
