FPL Experts Ahead of the Gameweek 34
We bring in the FPL experts ahead of Gameweek 34. It has been a whirlwind Gameweek 33 with lots of shocks and surprises of which some of the best managers and biggest personalities in the FPL community have reacted to. They also highlight players, teams and chips looking ahead.
Catching up with some FPL experts ahead of Gameweek 34 could be hugely beneficial for fantasy managers. From them we can emphasise some of the best and worst performances which can then have an effect on future planning.
@Pras_fpl
It was an eventful first day in Gameweek 33 and one of the key moments was of course the match between Newcastle and Tottenham. The Magpies completely dismantled the London based club 4-0 and it comes as no surprise that Anthony Gordon was heavily involved.
In fact, Gordon had a hand in three of the four goals scoring – bagging one goal and creating two assists. This resulted in a mammoth 17-point haul.
As Pras highlights below, Gordon’ performance could warrant his inclusion as the huge Double in Gameweek 37 approaches.
@FPLMarcin
FPL Marcin was one of many who reacted to the last gasp scenes at the Etihad this week. It was a dominant showing from Manchester City in Gameweek 33 as they thumped newly promoted side Luton 5-1.
The Luton goal means that, for the second consecutive match, Josko Gvardiol owners were frustrated. However, the Croatian rocked the community towards the end of the game with a goal and an assist in the last six minutes.
Gvardiol secured a cool 12 points, but the same managers who benefitted from this may be slightly concerned about his minutes for Gameweek 37. Key players returning from injury will mean having to keep a transfer booked for his investable demise.

The big Manchester City win meant reward elsewhere too. Prior to the Gameweek, although confident of his output, many within the community were concerned about Erling Haaland’ gametime this week. But, the Norwegian played 81 minutes against the Hatters and boy did he reward those who captained him!
Haaland created an assist for the first goal and converted his sides third which helped him to 10 points in FPL. The same success could not be repeated by Kevin De Bruyne who slumped to two points, or fellow midfielder Phil Foden who failed to feature in the game at all.

It was also an eventful week for Manchester United fans as they experienced yet another erratic performance from their side. Dominic Solanke’ early goal meant Bournemouth took an early lead but the Reds reacted with a goal of their own from Bruno Fernandes.
The first goal was the most significant for Alejandro Garnacho owners. Although scrutinised, Garnacho claimed the assist for the equaliser. But, a second Bournemouth goal and a questionable overall performance saw Garnacho subbed at half time.
Garnacho owners were arguably unlucky. However, that bad luck could continue. Garnacho took to social media to react which could worsen his relationship with the manager. This could then have a negative impact on his minutes moving forward, including the Double Gameweek in 37.
@FPLGOAT7
FPL Goat also made a fantastic point. Lots have been flocking to the likes of Pedro Porro and Destiny Udogie as of late. This is primarily because of their upcoming doubles. However, with just one clean sheet in their last 15, should we continue to back them?
