FPL expert differentials for Gameweek 3

The new round of Fantasy Football is approaching so we have brought in some elite managers to provide their expert differentials for Gameweek 3. We have also turned their predictions into a competition. @FPL_ElStatto@FplRabbi@FplShakenbake@FBLThinker@FPLReaction, and @FPLinzaghi will all go head-to-head to see who will be crowned the differential king at the end of the season.

The community is full of some of the best fantasy managers in the game so checking out their expert differentials for Gameweek 3 could be very beneficial. Differentials help you get ahead of your competition as they are so lowly owned.

@FPL_ElStatto

“Julian Alvarez – £6.6m- Manchester City – 7.9%- City away to Sheff Utd. Alvarez seems to be the benefactor of Mahrez leaving currently and I expect City to create a lot of chances against Sheff Utd. It is just going to be a case of who gets the points and I’m backing Alvarez to be amongst them”.

@FplRabbi

“Phil Foden – £7.6m – Manchester City – 9.8% – will be my weekly transfer in. Looked sharp, creative, very advanced up the pitch, MOM. Could haul vs SHU”.

@FplShakenbake

“Dominic Solanke – £6.5m – Bournemouth – 2.9% – Despite Spurs keeping a clean sheet at the weekend, they still conceded an xG of 1.74. That coupled with conceding an xG of 2.22 vs Brentford in the season opener. This suggests goals can be had against them. With Solanke already having a goal and an assist to his name this season, my money’s on him to add to his tally”.

@FBLThinker

“Son Heuing-min – £9m – Tottenham – 5.8% – Selected faces a Bournemouth side who conceded four big chances and three goals in their last game. Though Son hasn’t been in the best goal scoring form, his good performance against United combined with the shaky Bournemouth defence makes him a good choice for Gameweek 3”.

@FPLReaction

“Raheem Sterling – £7m – Chelsea – 2.1% – Luton conceded some of the worst defensive stats in the league in Gameweek 1 and haven’t played since. Sterling looked back to his best in Gameweek 2 against West Ham and he could be the one to help the Blues bounce back”.

@FPLinzaghi

“Kai Havertz – £7.4m – Arsenal – 4.0% – Fulham have conceded a whopping 6.7 xGC in two matches this season (and one of those games was against Everton!). They’re also without the suspended Tim Ream and I could see Arsenal running riot at the Emirates. Let’s hope Havertz can get his name on the scoresheet”.

Scoring

  • @FPLReaction = 25 Points. He selected Mbeumo in Gameweek 2 who managed a huge 16 points for his brace and bonus.
  • @FPL_ElStatto = 14 points. ElStatto hit seven points again after picking Liverpool midfielder Luis Diaz in the latest round. Diaz netted against Bournemouth to pick up his total.
  • @FPLinzaghi = 10 points. He also managed to hit seven points from his differential. FPLinzaghi opted for Nottingham Forest striker Taiwo Awoniyi last week who bagged seven points for his goal and bonus.
  • @FplShakenbake = Four points. He selected Nottingham Forest midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White who blanked against Sheffield United this week.
  • @FplRabbi = 14 points. After selecting Liverpool midfielder Diogo Jota (£8m) FplRabbi bagged 12 points after his option bagged a goal and an assist against Bournemouth.
  • @FBLThinker = 11 points. FBLThinker burst onto the board this week after a zero-point return last round. He opted for Brentford striker Yoane Wissa who banked 11 points for his goal, assist and bonus.

Total ranking

  • 1st – @FPLReaction (25)

  • 3rd – @FBLThinker (11)
  • 4th – @Fplinzaghi (10)
