@FPL_ElStatto
“Cole Palmer – £5.2m – Chelsea – 8.0% – Newcastle’ injury issues were really highlighted against Bournemouth. I’ll back Palmer to get something this week against a weakened defence”.
@FplRabbi
“Mohammed Kudus – £6.5m – West Ham – 1.4% – With Antonio who seemed to pull his hamstring in international duty, Kudus looks to keep his place in the first 11. Playing away to Burnley could be a great opportunity to get on”.
@fplshakenbake
“Dejan Kulusevski – £7m – Tottenham – 2%. Villa aren’t the same force away from home as they are at Villa Park, and Kulusevski’s pace and direct running is the sort of play that could give Lucas Digne a few sleepless nights. I’m backing the Swede to step up to the creative void left in the Spurs team by the injury to James Maddison”.
@FBLThinker
“Odsonne Edouard – £5.5m – Crystal Palace – 4% – Playing against newly promoted Luton Town he could be amongst the goals. He is also a good striker pick for this gameweek”.
@FPLReaction
“Dominic Solanke – £6.4m – Bournemouth – 3.7% – I didn’t realise until recently that Solanke has had more touches in the opponents penalty area than any other striker bar Watkins which is impressive. Yes he takes his sides penalties which is great but he also scored a brace in the last match against Newcastle. I think Sheffield United are still one of the best teams to attack so Solanke makes sense this week in every way”.
@FPLinzaghi
“Lucas Paqueta – £6m – West Ham -1.6% – Facing a defensively frail Burnley side, Paqueta looks a great pick this week. His underlying stats are decent and I expect at least one return in this match”.
Gameweek 12 scoring
- @FPL_ElStatto – He chose Newcastle midfielder Miguel Almiron. However, he picked up an injury 30 minutes into the game which resulted in a one-point return.
- @FplRabbi – Gabriel Martinelli was his selection in Gameweek 12. Although Arsenal won the game 3-1 and the Brazilian midfielder played 88 minutes he failed to hit anything of significance and finished on just two points.
- @fplshakenbake – He opted for Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah this week but he didn’t feature until the latter stage of the game. Nketiah played just nine minutes and picked up just one point last week.
- @FBLThinker – Rasmus Hojlund was his man in the last round. Manchester United scraped a 1-0 win against Luton and their striker could not get amongst the only goal and so ended with two points.
- @FPLReaction – He went for Anthony Gordon against Bournemouth but Newcastle lost the game which helped Gordon flop to a two-point return.
- @FPLinzaghi – Brighton midfielder Pascal Gross was his differential in the last round. The Seagulls drew their match to Sheffield United 1-1 and Gross blanked but still managed to hit one bonus and finish on three points.
