FPL: Buy Sell and Keep for Gameweek 11

Last modified date

The 10th round of Fantasy Premier League is over so we look to the next and look at which players are a buy sell and keep for Gameweek 11. Whether that be through injury, team and player form or other factors we advise the potential fate of assets in your teams.

Looking at players who are a buy sell and keep for Gameweek 11 could be extremely beneficial to FPL managers. Knowing what to do with assets in your team can ultimately bring clarity with transfer use, captaincy and chip strategy.

Buy

Buy Sell and Keep for Gameweek 11
  • Bournemouth – The Cherries seem to be coming into a great run of fixtures, starting with a match against Brentford. In defence FPL managers could opt for full-back Milos Kerkez (£4.4m) who bagged two assists in Gameweek 10. Antoine Semenyo (£5.6m) also scored against Manchester City and remains their standout attacking option. Up front, penalty taker Evanilson (£5.9m) could be a great differential.
  • Brentford – Continuing on their great schedule Brentford remain a top team to invest in. At the back goalkeeper Mark Flekken (£4.5m) and centre-back Ethan Pinnock (£4.5m) are their best options. Bryan Mbeumo (£7.9m) continues to perform this season. The penalty taker is clearly their best option in attack but forward Yoane Wissa (£6m) has managed two double-digit hauls this season, proving he can be explosive.
  • Liverpool – Sitting top of the table Liverpool, regardless of fixtures, are becoming more appealing. Full-back Trent Alexander-Arnold (£7m) continues to produce fantastic attacking data. Mohamed Salah (£12.8m) has been the most explosive asset in the league this season so could be an essential for the run ahead.
  • Spurs – Whilst lacking in clean sheets Pedro Porro (£5.5m) could still offer some value in attack. Manchester City’s capitulation recently could suggest that Spurs have better fixtures than they appear on paper. With that in mind, striker Dominic Solanke (£7.7m) could well become a buy. A cheaper route into attack is midfielder Brennan Johnson (£6.7m). Attackers like penalty taker and midfielder Son Heung-Min (£9.9m) and Dejan Kulusevski (£6.3m) could also be great options.
  • Wolves – Gary O’Neil’s men will be top of many shopping lists in the period ahead. Rayan Ait Nouri’s (£4.7m) three goals and one assist in his last four makes him their most favourable defensive asset. Leading the frontline is Jorgen Strand Larsen (£5.6m) who has picked up a return in three of his previous four games. But, their most popular attacking pick is fellow forward Matheus Cunha (£6.7m).

Sell

  • Ollie Watkins (£9m) – Aston Villa have mixed fixtures in their next three matches, starting with a game against Liverpool. Watkins has picked up just one return in his previous three matches and with other cheaper strikers performing better elsewhere it could be time to sell.
  • Eberechi Eze (£6.7m) – Eze has been a frustrating own for managers and his latest injury could well cement his exit. There are lots of better and even cheaper alternatives to switch him to for the run ahead.
  • Dominic Calvert-Lewin (£5.9m) – The fixtures may still be good for Everton but their star man has failed to return in all six of his previous matches. This is unacceptable for any starting asset. There are several different alternatives in the Buy section above.
  • Erling Haaland (£15.3m) and Phil Foden (£9.3m) – Manchester City are seemingly out of form which could be due to their recent key injuries. Mixed with tough fixtures ahead and extremely poor form both Haaland and Foden could easily make way and release budget elsewhere.
  • Chris Wood (£6.5m) – Nottingham Forest and penalty taker Wood have been in fantastic form and did so with great fixtures. Newcastle, Arsenal, Manchester City, Manchester United and Aston Villa lay ahead for both, which could be hugely limiting in terms of points.

Hold

  • Arsenal – They will be keen on bouncing back after their recent slump. However, the return of Martin Odegaard could add much needed balance to a side which thrived with him in. With that in mind, regardless of fixtures, it could be wise to hold onto Arsenal assets for now.
  • Morgan Rogers (£5.4m) – Aston Villa continue to score goals and after Liverpool they face the likes of Brentford, Southampton and Crystal Palace. This could suggest holding onto the cheap and in-form Rogers a wise move.
  • Fulham – The Cottagers still have some great fixtures ahead. Although we have seen questionable output from their key assets most recently, it could be worth sticking with them with the games coming up.
  • Chelsea – The Blues may face Arsenal next up but after that they come up against two of the three promoted sides. Taking this into account players like midfielder Cole Palmer (£11m) and Nicolas Jackson (£7.9m) remain a hold.
  • Rico Lewis (£4.9m) – Although closer to the £5m mark these days, Lewis still starts for one of the best sides in the league. It may be a matter of time before Manchester City regain form. Because of this and his advanced positioning, Lewis could be a hold for now.
