Form Vs Fixture Charts for Gameweek 27

Last modified date

Gameweek 27 Charts

There’s a few surprises in the latest charts, as some lower ranked teams climb the table ahead of Gameweek 27.

FF GAMEWEEK 27

Front Runners

Starting Eleven It’s a dead heat between Swansea and Bournemouth at the top of the Gameweek 27 charts. Bournemouth edge ahead in the form rankings, with three wins in four. Swansea have the better run of fixtures over the next four games. Looking at the Cherries, Callum Wilson is the standout choice from an attacking perspective. I’d choose him over the midfield, since there’s far less choice in terms of low budget strikers. In defence, Charlie Daniels has the capability of attacking and defensive returns, since Bournemouth are setting up in a 3-5-1-1, so he takes the wing back position. For Swansea, Alfie Mawson poses the most attacking threat in the backline, as well as plenty of clean sheet potential. Like Wilson, Jordan Ayew is the pick of the attackers. His starting position looks secure with Bony sidelined for the rest of the season.

Form Teams

Behind our front runners, Manchester United slightly edge the Gameweek 27 charts in terms of form, with three wins from four games. David De Gea has the best potential in defence, he has now kept 15 clean sheets this season from 26 games. In attack, there’s a plethora of options. Alexis Sanchez takes the advantage: the United signing looks set for a string of starts and it appears that he could be on penalties too. A player of his class is bound to produce decent fantasy returns. Spurs are also in a good run of form. Their defence have kept a number of clean sheets in recent weeks. Ben Davies is the standout option. Harry Kane remains essential in our attacks.

Fixture Teams

Burnley and Everton have the best run of fixtures over the next four games. For Burnley, clean sheets look set to return in this run with Tom Heaton set to return. Ben Mee has the capacity for attacking returns and bonus points. In attack, Johann Gudmondsson has all of the set pieces and has delivered attacking returns in recent weeks. From Everton, Theo Walcott is the form player and should produce attacking returns over this promising run. The defence have been woeful, but Jordan Pickford could turn things around from Gameweek 27. Starting Eleven BEFORE YOU GO, take a look at our unique Captaincy Analysis. It includes tips on the best captain candidates from Kane, Aguero and Salah for Gameweek 27 and beyond.
