Fantasy Premier League Form and Fixture Tips for Gameweek 13.
Front Runners
Manchester City may be running away with the Premier League, but in FPL terms they aren’t alone in the current balance of form and fixtures. I’d still recommend owning three for Gameweek 13 and having a strong bench to overcome rotation. Chelsea and Bournemouth are level pegging with City, and Liverpool not far behind. Callum Wilson is the latest budget striker, with an impressive hat trick last week. In defence, Charlie Daniels is a good option, with attacking threat and some set pieces, alongside clean sheet potential.
Form Teams
Alongside Manchester City, Chelsea and Liverpool are the form teams. Next week may not be the best week for investment in Chelsea and Liverpool given their fixture at Anfield, but Mo Salah appears to be fixture proof and one of Hazard or Morata would be favourable in coming weeks. If you discount the loss against Manchester City, Arsenal are also on a strong run, it’s more difficult to predict where the FPL points are going to emerge from.
Fixture Teams
Crystal Palace and Spurs have the best run of fixtures over the next four games. Harry Kane has struggled in the last couple of weeks but should come good and Vertonghen is a useful source of clean sheet and bonus points. For Crystal Palace, Wilfried Zaha is an enticing out of position prospect and should continue to deliver even when Benteke returns to the side. Clean sheets look unlikely but there are some budget options in the Palace backline if you wish to free up funds and take a risk.
