Form Vs Fixture

Fantasy Premier League Form and Fixture tips for Gameweek 12.

Gameweek 12 Form Fixture

Front Runner

The gap at the top of the Premier League has widened and that’s reflected in the charts. No other team is close, with Manchester City having a perfect form record and some of the best upcoming fixtures from Gamweeek 12. As it’s been suggested before, owning 3 is essential and having a playing bench to cope with rotation. Look for clues in preceding games for confidence in captaining one of their players.

Form Teams

Spurs and Brighton have the next best record of Premier League teams and have a reasonable run of fixtures to complement that. Harry Kane is essential: there’s some injury concerns which makes it difficult to suggest investment elsewhere at this moment. Brighton have had an excellent start to their Premier League campaign. Pascal Groß, Glenn Murray and the defence are all budget enablers: I’d own an attacking and defensive player to free up funds from Gameweek 12 onwards.

Fixture Teams

Bournemouth and Crystal Palace have the best run of fixtures over the next 4, with Everton not far behind. All three teams have struggled for form so far and are lagging behind their potential so I would use caution here before investing ahead of Gameweek 12. Bournemouth look best placed to improve, with plenty of budget options in defence. They managed a clean sheet last week. Zaha is an out of position prospect and Leighton Baines showed his ability from yesteryear in his last game.

Top Six

Liverpool and Chelsea merit investment. Mohammed Salah has moved into the essential category but one of their other attacking players could prove to be a differential. Chelsea look better with Kante back in the side: Morata and the defence are vying for investment here from Gameweek 12. Manchester United and Arsenal aren’t looking too convincing in the charts: perhaps it’s time to reinvest those funds in triple Manchester City, Spurs, Chelsea or Liverpool assets.   Rotation is a big problem for Fantasy Premier League managers during the festive season.
