With Fantasy Premier League fixtures released for the postponements today, managers can start to plan ahead for Gameweek 32.
Here is the current Fixture Charts for Gameweek 32 – Gameweek 35. Eight teams have an extra fixture in Double Gameweek 34. Eight teams have no fixture in Blank Gameweek 35. Burnley are the only side with five fixtures in this time frame. Twelve teams are set to have a Double Gameweek later this season.
Two Double Gameweeks
Leicester look like the team most eligible for investment, given that they have two double gameweeks plus a kind schedule in the short term. Investment in
Manchester United and
Chelsea also looks advised for Double Gameweek 34.
Double Gameweek 34
Of the two teams who have just one double gameweek, coming in Gameweek 34, investment in
Burnley looks advised. They are the only team who have a double in Gameweek 34 and a fixture in Blank Gameweek 35: their players will enable you to maximise coverage in the blanks and doubles, particularly if you don’t have the Free Hit chip to play.
Future Double Gameweek
While the remaining schedule hasn’t been confirmed, players from teams with favourable fixtures in the long term will be worth holding over this period, particularly those who have a fixture in Blank Gameweek 35.
Arsenal look best set from this category, but beware rotation around the Europa League.
No Double Gameweek
Of course, players with no double gameweek have a reduced appeal, but
Liverpool still have strong fixtures and Mo Salah is simply undroppable: he’s on course for the highest FPL points total of all time!
Check back later this week for more Double Gameweek talk, including when to play your chips and how to set up your team if you are on a wildcard. Plus wildcard drafts from the Fantasy Football Community and the site team! Good Luck and Happy Wildcard Tinkering!
