Fantasy EFL Gameweek 34 Team Reveal

Not sure how to set up for the round ahead? Well look no further than right here! To help you, we brought in our expert @FPLEdgeworth, to share his Fantasy EFL Gameweek 34 Team Reveal.

Our EFL expert talks through his rational behind each of his top picks, and highlights captaincy for the Blank/Double Gameweek ahead, so let’s dive in!

Fantasy EFL Gameweek 34 Team Reveal

Starting off this week is Matt Macey of Colchester, who faces Grimsby and Gillingham. With three clean sheets in their last five – only conceding to 2nd and 4th in the table – two more shutouts look very likely against weaker sides.

First up in defence is Anthony O’Connor of Harrogate, who plays Gillingham and Tranmere at home. Harrogate have kept three clean sheets in their last five home games, and O’Connor leads the game for clearances with 411-an average of 11 per match.

My captain this week is Eoghan O’Connell of Wrexham. He’s kept five clean sheets in his last six games and has earned a double-digit haul every time he’s done so in 2024. With Exeter and Cambridge up next, more returns look likely.

Next is Sam Stubbs of Cheltenham, who has scored at least six points in each of his last four games -despite no clean sheets. Against bottom-three sides Tranmere and Morecambe, clean sheet potential adds to his appeal.

If you aren’t sure who to pick this week, our expert shared his Top Picks for Gameweek 34.

In midfield is Luke Molyneux of Doncaster. He’s racked up 32 points in his last four games – an average of 8 per game – and now faces bottom club Carlisle and out-of-form Walsall. He’s in top form.

Next is the ever-reliable Albie Morgan of Blackpool, who’s returned in seven straight games, including three double-digit hauls. With 62 points over that run (just under nine per game), he’s a consistent points scorer.

The lone striker this week is Malik Mothersille of Peterborough. Despite the position being volatile, he’s returned 31 points in his last five games—averaging over 6 per match. That’s 12 across a double gameweek, which few strikers can match.

Teams Selections

First up is Wrexham, who’ve won four of their last five. They face Exeter and Cambridge away – both beatable sides – so away bonus points look promising.

Stockport are the second team to back. While their form isn’t as strong, they face Burton and Stevenage at home- two winnable matches as they push to secure their playoff spot.
