Expert Differentials for Gameweek 11

Last modified date

In this article we take a look at some FPL expert differentials for Gameweek 11. At the same time @FBLThinker, @FPL_ElStatto, @FplRabbi, @FplShakenbake and @FPLReaction battle it to see who can earn the title ‘Differential King’.

Differentials are players who have low ownership. This means that if those players are successful then they could significantly boost both your rank and mini-league position. This is exactly why differentials are such an important part of the game.

Note: All ownership stats are likely to change.

@FPL_ElStatto

“Dejan Kulusevski – 3.9% ownership – Tottenham – £6.3m – He is home to Ipswich who are conceding over two goals per game. Spurs looked good coming back against Aston Villa and their attacking four are key to that. Which one will return is the question but Kulusevski has looked lively and has four returns already from midfield”.

@FplRabbi

“Bruno Fernandes – 7.4% ownership – Manchester United – £8.2m – New manager bounce is in full effect at Old Trafford and the Reds are about to play Leicester at home. After recording 1.37 xGI last match, I think he’ll come good in this short run.

@FplShakenbake

“Strand Larsen – 2.3% ownership – Wolves – £5.6m – With four goals already this season, and a tasty looking fixture at home to Southampton, I’m backing the Wolves man to get on the score sheet again”.

@FBLThinker

“Son Heung-Min – 6.8% ownership – Tottenham – £9.9m – Son plays at home against promoted team Ipswich who are known to concede more goals to on the road. The Spurs attack looked good as they put four past Aston Villa and they could do the same against Ipswich”.

@FPLReaction

“James Maddison – 7% ownership – Tottenham – £7.6m – I expect Tottenham to continue their scoring form this week. Ipswich have conceded more big chances in the league than any other side and that is something I think Maddison will benefit from, whether that be from his creativity or goal threat”.

Gameweek 10 Scoring

  • @FPL_ElStatto – He went for striker Raul Jimenez. Although his side won 2-1, the Mexican failed to contribute, so flopped to just two points.
  • @FplRabbi – Wolves striker Strand Larsen was his differential in Gameweek 10. Wolves drew their fixture against Crystal Palace and Larsen scored, which with bonus rewarded him eight points.
  • @FplShakenbake – Everton lost their Gameweek 10 clash with Southampton 1-0 which also meant Ashley Young fell short with just two points.
  • @FBLThinker – He selected striker Liam Delap. Ipswich drew their game against fellow newly promoted side Leicester 1-1 and Delap blanked with just two points.
  • @FPLReaction – Matheus Cunha was his pick last week. As mentioned Wolves drew 2-2 against Crystal Palace and Cunha picked up six points for his assist.

Overall Scoring

  • 1st – @FplRabbi – 66 points
  • 2nd – @FPLReaction – 53 points
  • 3rd – @FBLThinker – 51 points
  • 4th – @FplShakenbake – 44 points
  • 5th – @FPL_ElStatto – 42 points
