EURO 2024 Fantasy: Hungary Predicted Line-Up

EURO 2024 Fantasy is just on the horizon. Because of this, over at Fantasy Community we will be covering it. In this article you will find the Hungary predicted line-up with some rationale around why each player makes the starting XI.
Our Hungary predicted line-up could be extremely beneficial for fantasy managers. Hungary come into the competition as one of several under-dogs looking to surprise. So, with that in mind, knowing who will play and start for them could be crucial.
Hungary Predicted Line-up

Goalkeeper
There are some question marks around who will start from Peter Gulacsi (€4.5m) and Denes Dibusz (€4m). However, Gulacsi should edge it playing at a higher level with Leipzig and featuring in the 23/24 Champions League campaign. Keeping an eye on both of their minutes during the friendlies prior to the tournament will be key.
Defenders
Hungary should play with their usual back-three, with Willi Orban (€4.5m), Adam Lang (€4m) and Attila Szalai (€4.5m) slotting in.
The Left-wing back role will be occupied by Bournemouth man Milos Kerkez (€4.5m). On the other flank, it should be Loic Nego (€4m) after starting more of the Qualifiers than Bendeguz Bolla (€4.5m). However, don’t be surprised if we see rotation between both.
Midfielders
Solidifying their position in central midfield is Sunderland’ Callum Styles (€5.5m) and Adam Nagy (€5.5m), both of whom started at least seven of the eight EURO Qualifiers.
Ahead of them is Liverpool’ Dominik Szoboszlai (€7m). The Hungary talisman takes most set pieces including penalties and racked up four goals and three assists in eight Qualifying matches.
Joining Szoboszlai in attack is in-game forward Roland Sallai (€5.5m). Sallai hit two goals and one assist in his six Qualifying matches.
Forward
Leading the frontline will inevitably be Barnabas Varga (€6m) who scored 20 goals for club this season. Varga also netted four goals in six EURO Qualifying matches. Fellow striker Martin Adam (€5.5m) started four Qualifiers so it could be worth monitoring how he affects Varga’ minutes during the friendlies.
