Adam Hopcroft drills down into the statistics of Anthony Martial, who’s one of the most popular transfers in. It looks like he could be on for a record season if he makes use of the number 9 shirt as the central striker.
Does Martial playing as a number 9 make him a better option?
Below is a position snapshot from 17/18 onwards

It was a week for premium options last weekend, but FPL Prince urges caution before ripping up those teams to include as many premium assets as possible. There’s still plenty of unknowns this early into a new season.
There’s no need to panic in terms of the premiums…⚠️
1. Won’t all score every week
2. You set your team for a reason
3. Players like Sigurdsson and Jota were unlucky not to score
4. Next week will be different 👍
Stick to the plan and gather more information 👍 #FPL

Ben Dinnery provides a crucial update on the biggest injury that occurred last weekend. Alisson is set to miss the midweek UEFA Super Cup game for Liverpool and could be unavailable for a number of weeks.
Alisson sidelined for ‘the next few weeks’ due to the injury he sustained v NCFC. "[It's] not too cool. It’s a calf injury which takes him obviously out for a while,” Klopp said. “I don’t want to make [an] exact prognosis on when he will be back but it will not be Wed." #LFC

FPL Swot has some intriguing figures for Bournemouth assets, to give hope for those who went big with Cherries players in Gameweek 1. It could be a mistake to jump from their attackers given their upcoming Gameweek 2 fixture.
📒 Expecting returns from these two in #GW2

🔺xG 7.48 vs 5.95
