Our Community XI provide their Gameweek 1 Preview in preparation for the new Fantasy Premier League 2019/20 season.
There’s plenty of great tips, advice and player picks in the Gameweek 1 preview, plus links to helpful pre-season content too!

II) Murray
Neil Murray just cannot let go the idea of playing five at the back this season. He’s given his views on how it can make the game more interesting, challenging criticisms. Our community piece on playing a Five Man Defence has been popular.
0) There are many valid criticisms of playing 5 at the back, it’s clearly not for everyone and I accept most of the criticisms of the tactic.
However, there’s one criticism that I just can’t accept & I want to address it in this short {THREAD}:
