Club World Cup Fantasy Matchday 6 Differentials

Looking to gain an edge? Then our Club World Cup Fantasy Matchday 6 differentials could be exactly to climb the ranks.

Differentials are players with under 5% ownership. If successful, differentials can help you boost up the ranks, with the help of scouting bonus (which is an additional two points).

Trevoh Chalobah – 1% Selected

Chelsea head into their semi-final clash with Fluminense as favourites, which makes backing them potentially a wise move. Whilst they have been hit and miss at the back, they face a side who failed to score in two of their five Club World Cup matches.

The Blues could well keep a clean sheet this week with that in mind, and with Levi Colwill suspended, centre-back Trevoh Chalobah (€5.3m) looks set to cover. As well as offering up scouting bonus eligibility, Chalobah can also be a goal threat. In fact during his final four league matches for Crystal Palace before returning from his loan spell last season he scored twice. He also registered an assist in his previous game.

João Pedro – 3.6% Selected

As well as clean sheet potential, Chelsea could have attacking success. The Blues have proven to hold major goal threat in the competition thus far – scoring 12 goals across their five matches. Fluminense also shipped a huge 15 shots and two big chances to Al-Hilal in Matchday 5, so they aren’t as solid as they may seem at the back.

The suspension of striker Liam Delap is an inconvenience at most for Chelsea. This is due to the vast squad depth they have at their disposal. Likely to feature, maybe even start for Chelsea in place of the former Ipswich man is new signing Joao Pedro (€6.5m) who impressed during his 35-minute Matchday 5 feature. Fortunately CWC Fantasy managers will have access to the line-ups prior to the deadline.

Beraldo – 0.4% Selected

Club World Cup Fantasy Matchday 6 Differentials

PSG have a huge clash with Real Madrid this week, and it’s a game in which anything can happen. The current European Champions PSG head into the match with four clean sheets from their first five Club World Cup matches – so they go into the game in exceptional defensive form.

Keeping a clean sheet against Real Madrid will be difficult this week, we can’t understate that, but with their recent big-game record, it’s not out of the question. With Willian Pacho suspended, fellow centre-back Beraldo (€4.3m) is also certain to step in. If PSG keep a clean sheet, scouting bonus will likely put Beraldo on the brink of a double-digit haul this week.

Bradley Barcola – 2% Selected

There isn’t a clear favourite between PSG and Real Madrid according to the bookmakers, which makes sense. The current European champions up against a Real Madrid side who thrive in the biggest games is likely to see goals.

Finding an attacker with under 5% ownership is a difficult task between these two sides, but one that fits the bill is Bradley Barcola (€8.2m). The youngster can be frustrating for CWC Fantasy managers, but he continues to start for the French giants. Barcola isn’t shy of output in big games though. In fact, prior to the Club World Cup campaign he produced two goals and an assist in his sides domestic Cup Final.
