- Formation: 4-4-2.
- Goalkeeper – Cardoso (4m – BMG) – At present Cardoso is still predicted to start in goal for The Foals.
- Defence – (STAR) Grimaldo (20m – B04), Brown (5m – SGE), Caci (10m – M05) and Mittelstädt (17m – VFB) – It’s four at the back this week with the star reverting back to Grimaldo with a tasty home game against Union Berlin.
- Midfield – (STAR) Olise (16m – FCB), Wirtz (20m – B04), Nebel (6m – M05) and Claude-Maurice (6m – FCA) – Simon Rolfes, the Managing Director of Sport at Leverkusen, has said that as is stands Wirtz will play at the weekend. I’ll have bench back-up available just in case and I just can’t yet place the star back on him either.
- Forwards – (STAR) Kane (20m – FCB) and Ekitiké (12m – SGE) – There are no changes to the pair up top, but just in case Ekitiké is rested inbetween UEL games I’ll have a rare bench striker just in case.
- Bench – Phillipp (1m – TSG), Odogu (2m – WOB), Bischof (5m – TSG) and Machino (6m – KSV).

Notes
- Likely moves for the week include removing Grimaldo (rough patch of form), Ostigard (suspension) and Ekitike (risk of Europa rotation) in order to get in Wirtz alongside potentially some Werder/Stuttgart/Leipzig players given their fixtures.
- Star players are likely to be Kane, Olise and Weiser, though the defender star is the toughest this week.

Note
- Matchday 29 looks a bit tricky, but I’m actually feeling pretty good about the squad overall.
- Kane and Musiala both have the Bayern vs Dortmund clash which is obviously tough, but they’re the kind of players who can still produce in big games and Bayern need a result after their midweek disappointment vs Inter.
- Šeško against Wolfsburg could be a solid early return, and I’m backing one of Grifo and Dōan to find space against Gladbach.
- Grimaldo probably stays locked in and I’m hoping Ekitiké and Brown can take advantage of that Frankfurt vs Heidenheim fixture.
- Østigård getting sent off causes a bit of a headache so I’ll have to sell him.
- Urbig in goal against Dortmund is a risk, especially if Bayern rotate at all. But, he’s cheap enough to justify me keeping him.
- It isn’t the cleanest setup this week, but definitely potential for a good score.

- Last week was better than average, but the forwards upset me.
- This week, I’ll get rid of Musiala, and probably Orban too, Aleix Garcia possibly depending on the fitness of Wirtz.
- I can also change Burkardt to WeiBhaupt maybe, other plans will be Mittelstadt for sure, maybe Demirovic and potentially Sinani.
- Stars will be Mittelstadt, Wirtz/Aleix Garcia and Boniface.
