Best differentials for Gameweek 35

We take a look at some of the best differentials for FPL Gameweek 35. With the help of the Fantasy Football Scout members area, we can use its underlying stats and fixture difficulty rating system to help us pick out some of the best players with low ownership for the round ahead.

Looking at the best differentials for FPL Gameweek 35 can be very beneficial to FPL managers in their quest to reaching their goals. Differentials are also vital to those that are looking to get ahead of their competition or gain rank.

Fixtures

Pascal Groß

Brighton rank top of the fixture tick this week with a game against Everton who rank amongst the four worst teams in the league in the last six Gameweeks for big chances conceded (19). Brighton will be looking to take advantage of that because in the same period they rank joint second best for big chances total (25).

Whilst many back the likes of Solly March (£5.3m) and Kaoru Mitoma (£5.6m) some could back fellow midfielder Pascal Groß (£5.4m). The German sits as Brighton’s second highest scoring player in FPL this season. Groß has also managed to return in three of his last six games, including a double-digit haul.

Morgan Gibbs-White

Nottingham Forest are struggling to keep their place in the Premier League but their recent two wins on the bounce could be a sign of improvement. They face Southampton next. The Saints are in serious trouble and look set to be relegated. Not just this but in their last six Gameweeks they have conceded two or more goals in four of their games, highlighting themselves as a team to target.

One player who should be considered is Morgan Gibbs-White (£5.5m). The midfielder looks to be in a great run of form, bagging a return in each of his last three games, including a double-digit haul. Gibbs-White also ranks above his offensive teammates for non-penalty expected goal involvement in the last six games (1.34).

Son Heung-min

Tottenham may be inconsistent in terms of results but the same cannot be said about their offensive line. They rank amongst some of the best attacks in the league in the last four Gameweeks. An example of this is that they sit joint third for attempts on goal (63), fourth for shots in the box (42), and second best for for shots on target (24).

Many will look, of course, to Harry Kane (£11.4m). However, for those looking to go different Son Heung-min (£11.5m) could be the play. The South Korean international has been below his previous campaign standards. But could that be changing? Son has picked up a return in four of his last six matches, showing a good recent run of form.

Jamie Vardy

Leicester will be looking to beat the drop this week as they come up against a team with nothing to play for in Fulham. The Cottagers are struggling defensively, keeping just one clean sheet in their last 10 matches. The promoted side have also conceded a concerning amount of big chances this campaign. In fact, they rank as the second worst team in the league this season for big chances conceded (92).

The Foxes may be struggling near the bottom of the league but they have also scored in all but one of their last six games. One player we could consider is Jamie Vardy (£9.1m). The striker has collected a return in each of his last three matches, highlighting a good run of form. With form and motivation behind him, Vardy could well be a great differential for Gameweek 35.
