Best Differentials for EURO Fantasy Matchday 6

We continue our coverage of the summer tournament by picking out some of the best differentials for EURO Fantasy Matchday 6. We do this with the help of the Fantasy Football Scout members area and its underlying stats.

Knowing who the best differentials for EURO Fantasy Matchday 6 are could be hugely rewarding. Differentials are players who have low ownership and if successful they can boost both your rank and min-league position.

Dani Olmo – 7% Ownership

Spain didn’t just progress to the semi-finals but they also put two goal past hosts Germany in their recent fixture. Statistically they rank joint first for total goals scored, top for total shots on goal, the best for total shots in the box and top for big chances total.

One player who has consistently impressed during both his features and starts is Dani Olmo (€7.5m). The Leipzig midfielder has produced a huge four goal contributions in his last three matches, including two goals and two assists. Olmo should slot into the starting line-up due to the Pedri injury but EURO Fantasy managers have access to the line-up prior to the deadline regardless.

Jesus Navas – 1% Ownership

Spain aren’t just the best attacking side in the competition so far but they have also been extremely strong defensively. In fact, no other side in the tournament has managed to keep more clean sheets than Spain so far.

France lay ahead up next, the only side who are yet to score a goal from open play. With that in mind and taking into account Dani Carvajal’ suspension this week it’s right-back Jesus Navas (€5m) who will step up. Navas filled in for Carvajal during Matchday 3 and picked up seven points for his clean sheet and four ball recoveries.

Ousmane Dembele – 4% Ownership

The forward line is very difficult to go different in this week but our next pick could be a great way to gain an edge.

Spain are great defensively and they have proven that but they also conceded in each of their last two matches. Because of this and France’ seemingly inevitability in international competition latter stages it could be wise to back one of their attackers.

Kylian Mbappe has far from convinced and that suggests backing a fellow teammate may work out. Ousmane Dembele (€8m) has really caught the eye so far and with a return in each of his last two games he could have the confidence to be the difference against Spain.

Declan Rice – 5% Ownership

Netherlands are a team that England should be weary of facing, after all, they too have proven themselves both offensively and defensively. However, their recent match against Türkiye was another example of the fact that they can be breached. In fact, the Dutch were very lucky to concede just one goal in their recent match.

England have been extremely blunt offensively and their underlying offensive data reinforces that. For that reason we could look to a player who constantly seeks opportunities from outside the box. That man is midfielder Declan Rice (€6.5m). Rice came close to scoring from a long range shot in the quarter-finals but that isn’t all he offers. As well as registering an assist last match Rice is yet to return lower than four points in EURO Fantasy. With a much safer floor than other players in the game Rice eases into the best differentials for EURO Fantasy Matchday 6.

Memphis Depay – 5% Ownership

Netherlands are not a team to be underestimated. Their 2-2 draw against Argentina in the 2022 World Cup quarter-final and recent draw against France shows the Dutch can mix it up with some of the best teams in the world.

England may have impressed defensively but Netherlands have netted 2-3 goals in four of their five matches so far. The fixture appears to be a good one for an attacker with multiple routes to points which is why Memphis Depay (€7.5m) could be a great option. As well as scoring and assisting in the EURO’s already Depay also takes all corners and free-kicks which makes him a valuable asset even in the tighter matches.
