Best budget enablers for Gameweek 24

We reel off some of the best budget enablers for Gameweek 24 with the help of the fantastic tools available in the Fantasy Football Scout members area. We also take into consideration form, fixtures and stats to help us.

Looking at some of the best budget enablers for Gameweek 24 can be hugely beneficial to FPL managers. Cheap players help enable funds elsewhere within our fantasy teams which also aids fitting in the more pricier options in the game.

Fixtures

Below we can see the fixtures for Gameweek 24 in difficulty order. The teams with the easiest fixtures lay at the top all the way down to the teams with the toughest fixtures at the bottom.

Kaoru Mitoma

Brighton rank second on the fixture ticker with a match against Fulham in Gameweek 24. Only one other team has scored more goals than Brighton in the last six matches so investing in their attack could be a very beneficial move.

Fulham have had a very solid campaign this season since being promoted from the Championship. Although that is the case, they rank the worst team in the league for big chances conceded (67) so there could be plenty of potential for a Brighton attacker.

One of the players that managers could look to is Kaoru Mitoma (£5.3m). Amongst all midfielders in the last six matches he ranks joint second for goals scored (four) and third for big chances total (four). With five returns in his last six matches, Mitoma may well be the best enabler for Gameweek 24.

Solly March

Brighton’s impressive offensive data continues to dish out great enabling assets. To highlight what Brighton have achieved recently even more, they rank joint fourth for attempts on goal (94) with Manchester City, fourth for shots in the box (63) and second for big chances total (22).

It could be a tough decision between Solly March (£5.1m) and his teammate Kaoru. Amongst all midfielders in the last six matches March ranks third for attempts on goal (19) and joint fourth for big chances total (three). March can be explosive and he’s shown that in his last seven matches by picking up an incredible four double-digit hauls.

Wilfried Gnonto

Leeds have been struggling to maintain a positive run of results this season. However they face Everton in Gameweek 24. Only Tottenham have conceded more goals in the last six matches than Everton. The Toffee’s also rank amongst the worst five teams for shots in the box conceded (60) and big chances conceded (15).

Everton still look like a team to target and one player who could help enable funds elsewhere whilst also having good potential to return points is Wilfried Gnonto (£5m). The 19-year-old Italian striker has excited onlookers over the last few weeks and has also mustered up two nine-point returns in his last six matches.

Alejandro Garnacho

No team in the league have scored more goals than Manchester United in the last six matches (15). They face a very poor Leicester defence who have failed to keep a clean sheet in their last six. Investing in the Manchester United attack could be key.

Whilst many own the likes of Marcus Rashford (£7.3m) some will have room for a new and exciting budget enabler within their teams. Alejandro Garnacho comes in at the jaw dropping price of £4.2m. The young winger may not start as much as we’d like but has featured in all of Manchester United’s last six matches and scored in his latest game. Game time is a concern but he could have huge potential in the minutes he does play and at that price-tag he could enable even more funds around the team.
