Notes
- This week, I’m kind of happy with my team, with most players (outside of Milan and Juve’s) having a good fixture. Either way, I am set on bringing in a player from Parma: Scamacca is still injured, and at his price Pellegrino (now confirmed on pens) seems a decent option with nice fixtures. The Argentinian centre forward scored a brace last week, and Parma’s fixtures are very nice from an offensive point of view.
- Should Bremer be ruled out (he didn’t feature in the UCL midweek, but I think he will be available for the weekend), I could also go for a Parma defender in Circati: his points tally is very consistent, but I don’t want to force Bremer out of my team if I don’t need to. The Australian defender remains an option for the future if I want some funds by downgrading Di Lorenzo.
- Captaincy goes (in order) Nunez, Pellegrino/Circati, Carnesecchi, Kristensen, Orsolini, Di Lorenzo and then Pulisic. I like how this week the best picks for captaincy play last, it makes stick/twist decisions very tricky.

Notes
- Trying to perfect this squad is an on-going process. Annoyingly I can’t get to Pulisic this week in one move due to budget. Ideally I don’t want to sacrifice Kevin De Bruyne next week but I may have to. I could also consider selling Orsolini for Pulisic next week too.
- Pulisic has been relentless, but he has Juventus this week, so I’m hoping he will be at least limited to one return. Either way he is a huge standout, so I think owning him long-term is essential.
- Goalkeeper Audero is out, but he should be back after the international break.
- To free up budget and fix an issue, I’m potentially moving out Vojvoda, who didn’t start last week. Verona, whilst not very good, have a decent schedule ahead. One of their standout options for clearances is Nelsson who comes in at just €4.6m.
- Long-term I think I want most of my budget in midfield, because there is a lot of great value in the defence. The big teams are also failing to keep clean sheets.
- Another player I will move out eventually, probably for a Roma defender, is Di Lorenzo. He just isn’t worth his price tag at all. I could probably get more from a player half his price.
- My first captain will be Berardi, then Circati, Paz, Kristensen, Orsolini, KDB then Yildiz.
