How to use the Fantasy Football Scout Fixture Ticker

Are you wondering which teams have the best and worst opening fixtures? Over at Fantasy Football Scout, the Fixture Ticker can be a massive help.
Last Wednesday saw the release of all 2025/26 Premier League match schedules, allowing FPL managers to identify some early runs to cover and avoid. A useful tool in this process lies in Scout’s Members Area.
RANKING THE FIXTURES
On the Scout Fixture Ticker, ‘easier’ fixtures are coloured dark blue and the ‘tougher’ ones are dark red, with various shades in between. The main feature is that you can choose any start and end point of your choosing, then let the algorithm order all 20 teams by clicking ‘Difficulty’.
Ideal for pre- and post-Wildcard planning, this overall ranking can also be broken down into attacking and defensive focus.
Additionally, by clicking ‘Relative’, the order also takes into account that own team’s quality. By doing this, Liverpool, Manchester City, and Arsenal are predicted to perform best in the opening six Gameweeks, rather than solely considering the opponents of Sunderland, Brentford, and Aston Villa.

CAN BE CUSTOMISED
Meanwhile, if you disagree with the default fixture difficulties, you can adjust these under the ‘Overall’ menu. Perhaps Newcastle are being underrated when playing at St James’ Park and should be rated as stronger. Any adjustment will then add a ‘Custom’ tab alongside ‘Overall’, ‘Attack’ and ‘Defence’.
Individual Gameweeks and teams can be deleted from the assessment, while selecting a club brings up a ‘Rotation’ button. That gives an opinion on which other outfits’ fixtures interchange best, particularly handy when picking cheap defenders.
