Club World Cup Fantasy 2025: PSG Best Picks, Predicted Line-up and Team Overview

Club World Fantasy 2025 is here! Continuing with our team previews, we take a look at the PSG best picks, predicted line-up and team overview.
Knowing how a team could line-up and their best assets could be absolutely key for success in Club World Cup Fantasy, so let’s dive in.
Team Overview

PSG earned their spot via UEFA’s 4-year performance ranking in the UEFA Champions League from 2021 to 2024. Since UEFA only had two qualification slots:
- One went to Manchester City (2022–23 UCL winners).
- The other went to the highest-ranked team over four seasons that didn’t win the UCL — and that was PSG.
PSG consistently reached the knockout stages during those years, racking up enough coefficient points to secure their place in the tournament.
If that wasn’t enough to earn their spot then their latest Champions League campaign is. The French claimed the esteemed trophy after a record breaking 5-0 defeat over Inter in the final, obliterating any remaining rhetoric that they weren’t good enough to win Champions League.
Group and Fixtures
Joining the European Champions in Group B is: Atlético de Madrid (ESP), Botafogo (BRA), Seattle Sounders FC (USA).
PSG don’t just go into the competition as heavy favourites against each of their upcoming opposition, but they also head into the CWC as one of the tournament favourites.
Their toughest competition in the Group Stage will likely be Atelti who enjoyed solid La Liga and Champions League campaigns.

PSG should be high on everyone’s shortlist when it comes to investment, but who is going to start?

Top Picks

For those looking for a cheap route into the PSG defence, one that managed to keep a clean sheet against the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool and Inter during their Champions League campaign, then centre-back Willian Pacho (€5.2m) is your man.
However, with over 20+ attacking returns during his 24/25 season, including a goal in his recent Champions League final, flying right-back Achraf Hakimi (€6.5m) is their standout option. The Moroccan goes into any given game with multiple routes to points.

Tipped for Ballon d’Or success in the upcoming ceremony, in-game midfielder Ousmane Dembele (€10m) has been one of the most consistent attackers in Europe this season offensively. The Frenchman claimed eight goals and six assists during his sides Champions League campaign, and he also managed 21 goals and six assists in Ligue 1.
Although less consistent, fairly new signing and fellow midfielder Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (€9.2m) should also be a consideration. The Georgian was key to both Napoli’ 22/23 Scudetto win and PSG’ Champions League success. The tricky winger banked three goals in his previous two starts alone.
PSG offer an array of excellent midfield options, and another of them is young star Desire Doue (€8.2m). As well as coming in a huge €1.8m cheaper than teammate Dembele, he has shown huge explosiveness for his PSG side. An example of that is the recent Champions League final in which he scored twice and created an assist.
Club World Cup Fantasy managers should not rule out Vitinha (€6.1m) either. Although playing in central midfield, Vitinha has proven his attacking threat on multiple occasions. He also takes his sides penalties which holds huge appeal.
There we have it, our PSG Best Picks, Predicted Line-up and Team Overview. Will you be picking any of their players?
