Notes
- I have actually been tinkering with my Round 28 team for a couple of weeks, and I am still torn between two slightly different routes. The first one, illustrated by the team above, relies on getting two Como midfielders for Zaccagni and Saelemaekers, while Dodo leaves for Ndicka. I consider this the “safe option”, allowing me to cover Roma’s defence for a couple of fixtures without sacrificing Torino’s goalkeeper. Losing Alexis is a sacrifice I am willing to make as his minutes haven’t been consistent.
- The second scenario forces me to use all four transfers I have in the bank. Zaccagni still gets swapped for Nico Paz, I sell Dodo for Buongiorno, and then I make a strange double swap, with Pulisic and Retegui being replaced by Diao and Santi Gimenez. This “risky” route makes me punt on a Milan attacker who has been more prolific in all competitions as of late and makes me go earlier on double Napoli defence.
- Either way I will most likely get two Como midfielders. I like their form and fixtures, and want to be slightly more aggressive because I think many managers will have Nico Paz by Round 30.
- Captaincy is up in the air: probably a defensive player, with Beukema and Milinkovc-Savic prime options.

Notes
- This is my team for round 28, I’m playing 5-3-2 again but it may change to 4-4-2.
- Milan players have a very good game, but with their recent form, I don’t know if I trust them enough (Pulisic’ minutes and Theo clean sheet probability).
- Dodo are facing Napoli away, so he’s the defender that I want to bench for Yildiz, if we get news that he starts.
- Gatti is also facing Atalanta, but I’ll definitely start him (Juventus are the best defence in the league).
- Transfers: Unless something happens I’ll roll (I want Sommer back next round).
- Captaincy: I’m split between Theo, Angelino and Zaccagni.

Notes
- We have some interesting weeks ahead, with a major fixture swing.
- I’m likely playing with a back four this week. I don’t think starting Dodo is ideal. In fact, he probably needs to go this week or soon.
- I think starting Gatti makes sense, even with the tough fixture. Juventus are the best defence in the league, so not starting Gatti is dangerous.
- I have so many good midfield options this week, so starting all of them makes sense. Pulisic is frustrating me at the moment. He could eventually go.
- I’m not even sure Lautaro will start this week against Monza, but I can’t not field him.
- The only major issue I have with this team currently is that I have no Torino defence. Even if I brought in a Torino defender this week, I’m not sure who I’d actually bench.
- If I hear news that one of Pulisic or Lautaro’s minutes will be managed this week then I’ll bring in a Torino centre-back.
- I currently have my armband on Svilar this week. With European football in-between matches, captaining an attacker is too risky.
- Good luck!
