Expert Differentials for Gameweek 13
In this article we take a look at some FPL expert differentials for Gameweek 13. At the same time @FBLThinker, @FPL_ElStatto, @FplRabbi, @FplShakenbake and @FPLReaction battle it to see who can earn the title ‘Differential King’.
Differentials are players who have low ownership. This means that if those players are successful then they could significantly boost both your rank and mini-league position. This is exactly why differentials are such an important part of the game.
Note: All ownership stats are likely to change.
@FPL_ElStatto
“Sone Heung-Min – 6.3% ownership – Tottenham – £9.9m – Son plays at home to Fulham this week. You never know which Spurs are going to turn up. I’m hoping at home it’ll be the good opportunity for them. There have been plenty of goals in their home games and Son has shown in patches why he’s a good FPL asset”.
@FplRabbi
“Martin Odegaard – 4.4% ownership – Arsenal – £8.2m – The Norwegian has returned from injury and seems as fresh as ever. With two assists and one bps in the last two starts, playing a very ropey West Ham defence, he could get a big score in this”.
@FplShakenbake
“Georginio Rutter – 1.7% ownership – Brighton – £5.6m – With two goals and four assists in his last seven games, the Frenchman appears to have taken well to life in the Premier League. Friday nights trip to Southampton looks ideal to continue his impressive recent form”.
@FBLThinker
“Kaoru Mitoma – 5.8% ownership – Brighton – £6.4m – Mitoma plays Southampton at home, who have conceded at lot of goals. Playing in the front three of a very attacking Brighton team, he is expected to be involved in the goals and assists”.
@FPLReaction
“Marcus Rashford – 3.5% ownership – Manchester United – £6.9m – My picks are usually based on stats, or an easy fixture ahead. However, this week feels more like a gut feeling. Rashford is a confidence player, he really needs confidence to perform well, and I think he has it after his goal in the previous round. Everton could be tough to breakdown, but I think Rashford could do just that”.
Gameweek 12 Scoring
- @FPL_ElStatto – He went for Evanilson in the previous round. Bournemouth lost to Brighton 2-1, but Evanilson failed to contribute towards the goal. For that reason, he flopped to just two points.
- @FplRabbi – Anthony Gordon was his selection last week. Unfortunately, Newcastle lost the match 2–0, which helped him to just two points.
- @FplShakenbake – He opted for Chelsea’ Pedro Neto last week. But, Neto failed to feature due to injury, so he picked up zero points.
- @FBLThinker – Darwin Nunez was his pick last week. Liverpool beat Southampton 3-2 but Nunez couldn’t make his mark on the game, and he ended the match with two points.
- @FPLReaction – He chose to back Chelsea man Noni Madueke. Although Chelsea won their game against Leicester, Madueke couldn’t get involved with the goals and so, slumped to three points.
Overall Scoring
- 1st – @FplRabbi – 85 points
- 2nd – @FPLReaction – 57 points
- 3rd – @FBLThinker – 55 points
- 4th – @FplShakenbake and @FPL_ElStatto – 46 points
