Goalkeepers

West Ham sit right at the top of the fixture ticker which suggests we could back their man between the sticks Alphonse Areola (£4.3m). Just to avoid any risk we can also include back-up goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski (£4.2m).

Defenders

Kieran Trippier (£7m) – Newcastle have been sustaining some fantastic defensive data this season and have great fixtures moving forward. The standout option at the back is this man who has accumulated a huge 11 fantasy returns already this season.

Kostas Tsimikas (£4.6m) – One of the cheapest routes into the Liverpool defence is the Greek international. The hope is that his recent rotation was a one off but if not we have good depth on the bench with good fixtures ahead to cover him.

Gabriel (£4.8m) – Arsenal also have a great schedule ahead. The Gooners have maintained some of the best defensive stats in the division this campaign so investing in their defence could be a great move. The cheapest route into the backline is Gabriel (£4.8m).

Tyrick Mitchell (£4.6m) – Crystal Palace face some of the worst attacks in the league ahead. They have also been producing some solid defensive stats. With that in mind Mitchell could be a great way in. He also scored in one of his most recent matches.

Jarrad Branthwaite (£4m) – Everton also have some favourable fixtures and this man has been starting for the Toffees. He comes in at a fantastic price which helps to enable other players in the squad financially. He could also be used in the starting line-up when other players have tough fixtures.

Midfielders

Jarrod Bowen (£7.4m) – The West Ham fixtures are too hard to ignore and their standout attacker is Bowen. He’s picked up at least one return in seven of his first 11 matches so far this season.

Kaoru Mitoma (£6.5m) – Brighton are amongst the top scorers in the league so far and have some great fixtures ahead. Their best player in terms of non-penalty expected goal involvement is Mitoma who managed an assist in his latest match.

Bukayo Saka (£8.6m) – Arsenal have matches against some of the worst defences in the league coming up. Because of that it makes sense to back their most successful asset in terms of attacking output. Saka also takes his sides penalties which could be an additional route to points.

Mohamed Salah – Liverpool sit top of the league for expected goals so far so it could be crucial to invest in their frontline. Their most consistent asset is of course this man. Salah currently sits as the highest scoring player in the game which reflects how relentless he has been.

Cole Palmer (£5m) – The fixtures may be tough for Chelsea but they do ease after their next two matches. Regardless Palmer has impressed for the Blues and has become one of their most influential players. Palmer is also on penalty duty which boosts his appeal.

Forwards

Erling Haaland (£14m) – Haaland maintains the best attacking data in the league when compared to all other players. The Norwegian leads the ruthless Manchester City attack and could also be a very important captaincy option moving forward.

Ollie Watkins (£8.4m) – Aston Villa’ fixtures may be tough long-term but for now are still very good which makes Watkins a great options. Only Haaland has had more shots on goal and shots in the box than Watkins in the forward bracket this campaign.

Cameron Archer (£4.5m) – The Sheffield United man helps to enable funds elsewhere within the side and will unlikely feature moving forward. He does however start for his team so if needed he can come in.
