@FPLReaction’ bus team for FPL Gameweek 9

The Premier League season continues so we look to the new round. We bring in Fantasy Football Community and Fantasy Football Scout contributor @FPLReaction to give you his bus team for FPL team reveal for Gameweek 9.

As we approach any given deadline, managers will be scrambling for clarity on some of the biggest decisions in the game like transfers and captaincy. Taking a look at @FPLReaction’s bus team for FPL Gameweek 9 could benefit other managers when making those decisions.

Bus team for FPL Gameweek 9

Notes

  • For those that read my latest team reveal you will know that I Wildcarded without Mohamed Salah in my team. We all also know how well Salah did in Gameweek 8 which makes my decision look like a bad one. However, I still believe that long-term I prefer a more balanced squad rather than make huge sacrifices and bring in Salah.
  • The Salah decision was made to look worse as I captained Son last week and failed to pick up any significant points.
  • Anyway, this is my current bus team for Gameweek 9.
  • My early thoughts around my line-up is that it looks very strong overall.
  • I really like, although he has been frustrating, that I have Bruno Fernandes for the Sheffield United game next. The Blades have been terrible and this is a huge opportunity for Fernandes to repay the faith.
  • I’m hoping that Darwin Nunez gets another start for Liverpool as I think when starting he is sufficient cover for the Reds frontline.
  • I’m looking forward to a couple of matches this week. One of them is Aston Villa v West Ham where I have Ollie Watkins and Jarrod Bowen going head-to-head.
  • My first glance at captaincy this week is that it could go either way between Son and Haaland especially as both need to survive the international break unscathed.

When should FPL managers use their Wildcard, in Gameweek 9 or Gameweek 10? Find out in our article here.
