Goalkeepers – Yann Sommer (€5.0m – 19.8%)

The Inter defence looks like a machine this season, and Pavard hasn’t even entered the line-up yet. They now face Empoli, which are still yet to score and are ranked last for xG, so I am expecting nine points from the Swiss goalie.

Wladimiro Falcone (€4.6m – 3.7%)

Theo Hernandez obviously offers more than just clean sheet points, and could be absolutely threatening on the left side of the pitch against Faraoni.

Giorgio Scalvini (€4.8m – 21.6%)

With both WBs being subbed during the last game against Fiorentina, I think the best way to cover Atalanta’s defence is with Scalvini. His point tally of 31 points as of now is good enough to put him in the top 10 defenders, and a home fixture against Cagliari who have only scored one goal in four games is extremely favourable.

Midfielders – Rafa Leao (€11.0m – 59.3%)

He didn’t deserve the POTM award given to him after the 0-0 against Newcastle, like at all, because he missed two great chances and could have won Milan the game. Still, he had the chances, and has shown he can be a return machine on the right night. Last time he faced Verona, he scored a brace in spectacular fashion, and I wouldn’t bet against him this time for sure.

Charles De Ketelaere (€5.6m – 9.3%)

An absolute steal at this price for an out of position player. With Scamacca injured as of now, his xMins in the game against Cagliari should go up (you never know with Gasperini as a coach), mainly because he and Lookman are the only available strikers in Atalanta’s 3-4-1-2.

Forwards – Dusan Vlahovic (€9.0m – 22.2%)

The Serbian looks to have left last season’s bad form behind and has started the new one extremely well. Sassuolo are always a thorn in Juve’s side but are now ranked highest for xGC.

Lautaro Martinez (€11.0m – 46.7%)

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Owning the highest scoring player in the game is always a positive to begin with, and him having to face a side which just conceded seven to Roma makes him the standout captaincy option. Just watch out for potential rotation since there is also a midweek Round less than seven days from today.
