The Early Fantasy Football Gameweek 10 Preview
It’s never too early to plan ahead and Fantasy Premier League managers have been providing Community Content for the Gameweek 10 preview.

The dilemma for FPL managers in their front lines continues, with the budget hopefuls failing last weekend. Rotation also hit and now we have a real quandary on our hands when we preview Gameweek 10, particularly at Manchester City. Aguero appears to have the edge on Jesus and should be less prone to rotation, Pep has said that he needs playing minutes. Interestingly, both start tonight in the League Cup. Getting the Sword v Shield armband choice right has also proven difficult for Lukaku and Kane owners.

Personally, I’m playing my wildcard this week and can’t look past going for three big strikers. I feel that the premium striker dilemma will continue all season and it’s important to have the funds ready to hop on and off the form players. Due to my low rank, I’ve ditched Lukaku for Gameweek 10 to make up ground, given his next two fixtures. There’s merit to the counter argument though.

Defensive Dilemmas

Clean sheets are in decline and Manchester United have shown their frailties. Some budget options are emerging though, including an interesting goalkeeping combination.

Fixtures
There’s a subtle shift in fixture difficulty for the big sides with things worsening for Manchester United and Arsenal whereas Manchester City, Chelsea and Liverpool get a favourable run. It’s important to factor this into any likely transfers you make ahead of Gameweek 10.
