Barracuda Fantasy Sports, LLC, will only record your personal information when you voluntarily offer it.  We do not sell your information to any outside source.  Your name, address, and e-mail will not be shared with anyone other that Barracuda Fantasy Sports, LLC or it’s affiliates which include fantasyfootballcommunity.com, fantasybaseballcommunity.com, and fantasynascarcommunity.com.

(BFS)Barracuda Fantasy Sports, LLC makes use of a technology called cookies.  Cookies store small pieces of information on your computer.  Your computer does this automatically wherever you travel on the Internet.  Cookies alone can not be used to identify a user.  At times we may use cookie-based information to enhance your user experience.  If you do not wish cookies to be used, most web browsers allow you to reject cookies or restrict their use.  Contact your Browser vendor for information about cookies.

BFS forum registration requires a valid  e-mail address.  We will use this address to send your password as well as any opt-in mailing programs we may use.   We will not allow others access to your e-mail information. 

We do log some URL’s and times of access to pages on our site.  We use this information to monitor the traffic and volume of our site.  If we suspect a user of abuse we may attempt to identify the subjects ISP and notify them of the abuse.
